In addition to this, being a bath person, I found the ensuite tub was too small. To compensate for storage, the main bathroom became a powder room. The front closet was pushed into this space as well as the ensuite. With a bigger ensuite, came a stand-alone soaker tub and room to accommodate a custom shower with a tile base and not acrylic. The flooring in the unit was upgraded to minimize scratches and or other misgivings that time and use bring. The pantry after sale only had open shelving. To keep things tidy and neat, cupboards were added which allowed extra counter space and additional storage. Custom blinds and rods were specifically designed for the unit. Included in the sale are appliances, (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer) tv wall unit with mount, blinds, curtains and rods
